I have purchased the wrong battery and they would not offer refund. They have asked me to ship it to the next customer and they said they would refund the shipping fee once I have done so. Now that the delivery has been completed, they have refused to refund. This is the email that they sent me “Please do let me know if you are available to ship it within 48 hours, which will be much appreciated! Besides, after shipment, please offer us the shipping receipt with a tracking number. We will refund it once the parcel is delivered”

This battery was wrapped in a static bag, a bubble pack envelope and in a larger cardboard box with air pillows. It fit my Asus laptop perfect and is working well so far!

I ordered the battery as a replacement battery for my wife's Asus laptop. The package arrived quickly (10 day) and was well packaged in a fitted bubble sleeve. I did have a slight hitch in installing the new battery but I think I may have inadvertently slid the locking mechanism on the notebook out of place. Once everything was in place, the battery charged quickly and the notebook is now back in operation. I have not had time to determine true battery life, but it appears to be as good as the original battery.
